Roger Jamieson is the Managing Consultant of Compass Rose Consulting. Roger has spent over 20 years’ planning, executing and embedding change within Financial Services. Well versed in Project Management (both waterfall and agile techniques) and change management. Both skills used internally as customer and as consultant project lead.
Roger's focus has been on helping organisations to translate strategic vision into business as usual, holding a lens up to reveal the tangible customer and business benefits that transformational change initiatives are able to achieve.
